Joe Graham, FNP-ENP, is a dedicated and highly skilled nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, and intensive care. He is the founder of Summit Family and Urgent Care in Haltom City, Texas.

Double board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and in Emergency Medicine (ENP), Joe now focuses on providing comprehensive family and urgent care to the Haltom City, Texas, community, and surrounding areas.

A Fort Worth native, Joe's passion for healthcare began in high school when he participated in the Explorer Program sponsored by MedStar EMS. His early exposure to emergency medical services sparked his interest in flight medicine and eventually led him to pursue a career in nursing. Joe earned his Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practice (FNP) from the University of Texas at Arlington and later obtained his Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP) certification.

In 2024, Joe founded Summit Family and Urgent Care, revitalizing a long-standing healthcare clinic that has served Haltom City and Tarrant County for over 25 years. Committed to patient-centered care, Joe strives to maintain the clinic's tradition of excellence while expanding services to address the evolving healthcare needs of the community. He is passionate about preventive care, helping patients maintain their health rather than just treating illnesses.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Kim, their four children, and four beloved dogs. Whether exploring the outdoors or relaxing at home, Joe values family as an essential part of his life.
